Angela Chapman’s goal is to help business owners spend less time working in their business and more time working on their business. So when it came to finding new clients, Angela was more than happy to commission a professional telemarketer to handle all the cold calling for her. However, she had very definite criterion about who that telemarketer should be.

“Instead of using the people referred to me by my head office, I was looking to bringing telemarketing back to a local level, to remain in control of the process,” says Angela. “I found that working on a more personal level yielded far better results.”
