When Cavendish & Co, a family-run firm of chartered certified accountants who specialise in small to medium sized businesses, were looking to grow their customer base, principal Roger Cavendish didn’t have to far to go for help. In fact, he turned to one of his own clients – Appointments 4U – to help with a telemarketing campaign.
After doing a mail-shot to new businesses, and established businesses relocating in the area, he asked Julie’s team to follow up with calls, to generate leads and secure appointments.
“Appointments 4U were very thorough in following up our mail-shot,” he says. “They really stuck at it, and kept plugging away to try to generate more leads for us. I think it was quite difficult for her to make appointments for us, but if I’d had to do it, it would have been nigh on impossible!
